Life
Allman is the son of James Martin Allman, Jr. and Idanell. He showed a lot of interest in art and soccer as he grew up and also played soccer for his school and club. Modern music is yet another thing which he enjoys. He graduated in 2002 from Austin High School and chose to do acting in Los Angeles, California, instead going for the opportunity to study art in New York City.
He has appeared on films like, Little Black Book (2004), Shallow Ground, Dishdogz (2005) and The Immaculate Conception of Little Dizzle (2008).
In 2002, Allman also worked on a music video of the album’s Darkhorse, Drowning performed by Crazy Town.
On television he has had small roles on series like, The Practice, Phil of the Future (2005), Malcolm in the Middle (2003), Close To Home (2006), Cold Case (2007), Saving Grace (2007), Without a Trace (2003), Boston Public (2003) and The Closer (2008).

Prison Break Tv Show
One of the roles that has given Allman, quite lot of fame and acclaim is from Fox entertainment’s drama show Prison Break, in which he portrayed the character of L.J. Burrows from 2005 – 2007, appearing in 43 episodes in all.
L.J. happens to be Lincoln Burrow’s teenage son, whose father’s presence on death row really impacts him. He too gets entangled in the controversy against his father, as the same people who want Lincoln dead, have their focus on L.J. as well; hence he has to go underground for his safety.

Allman wedded Jamie Brown, an American actress on 17th June, 2006 in Parsons in Austin, Texas
