Life

Peter Stormare was born in Sweden as the son of Teodolinda and Renato Storm. He is known as an actor, theatrical director, musician and playwright as well.
 

Career

Royal Dramatic Theater was the place from where Peter started his acting career. Here he performed under Ingmar Bergman for eleven successive years. He joined Tokyo Globe Theater in a leading position in 1990. Peter's brilliant appearance in ‘Hamlet’ in New York proved to be a very important milestone in his career as after that he started getting roles in movies. Fargo, Armageddon, Constantine, The Lost world: Jurassic Park, Bad boys II, etc are some of the movies in which Peter acted. In 1988, Peter also appeared in an episode of ‘Seinfeld’ acting as Slippery Pete.

Prison Break

In 2003 Peter Stormare became a part of  Prison Break as John Abruzzi. He portrayed a character, who was the leader of Chicago mafia and a prominent figure at Fox River penitentiary. He helped Michael on give and take basis.

Personal Life
Peter is presently living in California (US) but keeps traveling to Sweden. He has a daughter named Kelly from his first wife Karen Sillas, who is an actress. Peter is currently married to Toshimi Stormare. In 2002 he released his first music album ‘Dallerpolsa och Smafaglar’.
